In General

The Company pays all nonexempt employees on an hourly basis. As a nonexempt employee, you will be paid at least minimum wage for all hours worked and overtime for all time worked over 40 hours in a workweek.  Employees are generally paid an hourly base rate for client services and are eligible to receive a bonus premium on top of this hourly base rate if they meet bonus requirements in accordance with the Company’s Quality Performance Bonus policy as described below.  Employees may be paid different hourly rates of pay for different types of work.
