Clocking In / Out
All employees must clock in and out for each shift at the client’s residence.  You have two options for clocking in/out of shifts.  Option 1 is to use our telephony system to clock in/out using the client’s phone (the Telephony phone number is 1-855-885-8545).  If the client is unwilling to let you use their phone, contact the office immediately to make other arrangements.  Option 2 is to use the Caregiver App.  It can be downloaded by going to your app store and searching “Sandata MVV”.  Once downloaded, contact us to be assigned a username/password for app access. It is incredibly  important that you clock in/out in a timely, accurate manner.  You may not have another person clock you in or out.  If you forget to clock in or out, it is your responsibility to contact the office and speak to a Supervisor or Manager. Failure to correctly clock in/out will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
