Time Off Request
Your planned time off requests must be submitted in writing and approved 2 weeks prior to the 1st day requested off in order to assure that the scheduling department can provide appropriate replacement services for all clients.  The Company reserves the right to decline a time off request or find a permanent replacement for you in that particular case if you did not submit sufficient notice (less than 2 weeks) of planned time off. In the event your time off involves legally protected time off from work, the applicable law and policies shall apply instead of this policy.
