Documentation

All documentation needed as a condition of employment, for the purpose of continuing employment, or for the purpose of following company policies and procedures, emailed to us at support@comforcare.zohodesk.com or northmetroindy@ComForCare.com, mailed to ComForCare at 737 E 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46240, dropped off at the office during office hours (8 am – 4pm Monday through Friday) or dropped in the mailbox outside of the building after office hours.  Sending SMS text messages is NOT an acceptable way to communicate documentation and we cannot guarantee timely review of documentation sent in this manner.
