EMP.27 - Introductory Period
Introductory Period
Your employment with the Company will commence with a 90 - day introductory period pending receipt of all relevant documentation regarding your employment. The introductory period is a “getting acquainted” period. It permits the employee to adapt to his or her position and become acquainted with policies and procedures. It permits management to determine from actual performance the employee’s suitability for his or her position. If any information received by the Company is contrary to information you provided (verbally or written), and/or in any way is determined by the Company to make you in-eligible for hire or if your performance is not acceptable during this introductory period, your position may be terminated immediately at the discretion of Company management. Regardless of whether you are in an introductory period or not, your employment is currently at-will and may be terminated by you or the Company at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
