No Call No Show Policy

Subject to applicable law, absence of one (1) day without notifying your Manager or Supervisor is considered job abandonment, and may be treated as voluntary termination of employment. Failure to appear for any scheduled shift without properly notifying the office at least 4 hours before that shift may result in immediate termination.

Flowsheets Due Date

If there is a need to complete hard copy flowsheets, they must be at the office by 12 noon on Tuesday for the previous work week (Saturday – Friday).

Clocking In / Out & Entering Tasks

You are responsible for clocking in and out for all shifts from the client’s home.  We provide two options to complete this requirement.  You are also required to enter completed or refused for all care plan tasks.

Pay Period

The pay period at the Company is bi-weekly.  The workweek starts on Saturday at 12 a.m. and ends on the following Friday at 11:59 p.m. Each twenty-four hour workday period corresponds to the calendar day (12 a.m. through 11:59 p.m. each day). Changes will be made and announced in advance whenever Company holidays or closings interfere with the normal pay schedule.

Pay Day

Company paydays are every other Friday unless the pay day falls on a holiday or if the office is closed.  In these cases, pay day will occur on the business day prior to the holiday or closing.  Employees who do not utilize direct deposit must use a pay card to receive pay.
