Contact Information and Employee Records
It is your responsibility to notify the ComForCare office in the event of an address change, phone number change, name change, etc. ComForCare cannot be responsible for any inability to contact you or emergency contacts due to your failure to provide updated contact information to ComForCare on a regular basis.
You are also responsible to submit updated TB test information, automobile insurance information, and any other pertinent information related to your position. Failure to provide this information may limit our ability to place you on assignments.
