EMP.39 - Request To Be Removed From Client
Request To Be Removed From Client
If you request to be removed from working with a client, you must give us a two-week notice by emailing us at support@comforcare.zohodesk.com. Failure to show up for a client for a shift after requesting a removal within that two-week period will be considered a no-call / no-show and grounds for immediate termination. Your safety is of the utmost importance. If you feel unsafe working with a client, you must promptly notify your Supervisor or any Manager so that we can immediately remove you from working with that client. We will investigate your safety concerns and take corrective action in accordance with all applicable Company policies.
