EMP.31 - Mileage Reimbursement for Client Services
Mileage Reimbursement for Client Services
Mileage reimbursement for driving that occurs during a client shift is allotted with the scheduler in advance of an assignment on an as needed basis only. Any mileage driven as part of regular shift work (e.g. taking a client to a Dr. appointment) is currently reimbursed at $0.50 per mile, as long as all appropriate portions of the flowsheet and travel log are completed properly. Rates are subject to change at any time. Driving as part of client services during your shift must be approved in advance by the office.
