Jury and Witness Duty Leave
The Company recognizes that jury and witness duty is the obligation of all citizens and encourages its employees to fulfill this obligation. If you are called for jury duty or subpoenaed as a witness in a court or administrative agency action, you will be granted excused unpaid time away from work. If you are called for jury duty or subpoenaed as a witness, you should advise your Supervisor or Manager and provide them with a copy of the summons or subpoena as soon as possible after learning that you must serve.
An employee who has reported for jury or witness duty and is subsequently excused will be expected to call the office to check availability for the completion of regular work shifts.
