Military Leave of Absence
Unpaid military leave of absence for performance of federal active duty service, state active duty service, federally funded state active duty service, military training and other such protected activities is granted in accordance with applicable laws. An employee who will be absent due to military or uniformed duty should notify his or her supervisor as far in advance of leave as possible.
