Work Letter

When getting a work letter, we need the following information on the company's letterhead.  Additionally, see attached for an example.  As a reminder, we provide the work letter for the caregiver working through us.  
  1. Position
  2. Schedule - Days / Hours each week
  3. Signed by your employer (Manager / Supervisor, etc.)
  4. On company letterhead if possible
