COMFORCARE URGENT CALL PROTOCOL
If you ever have urgent concerns that need immediate attention, follow this procedure to get in touch with a supervisor immediately – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year:
1. Dial 317-575-3983. If it is after business hours and someone does not answer immediately, our automatic voice mail system will answer.
2. You will hear a brief voicemail greeting. Follow the instructions and leave a message when prompted, including your phone number and
name. If urgent, your call will be returned within 10 minutes.
3. If your call is not returned within 10 minutes, repeat steps 1 and 2.
4. Repeat steps 1-3.
