Sending a work text message or other like communication on your cell phone or other personal device is prohibited, unless it is transmitted using the Company’s authorized texting platform and is related to the responsibilities of employment or an emergency. If you have any questions about responsibilities of employment, consult your Manager (Supervisor) for further clarification.

 

If you use electronic messages for business, you will be expected to make reasonable efforts to not use or disclose client information in violation of the Company’s HIPAA policies and procedures and to make records of those messages available to Company, if so requested.
