Media Contacts
The Company strives to anticipate and manage crisis situations in order to reduce disruption to our caregivers and clients, and to maintain our reputation as a high-quality Company. To best serve these objectives, the Company will respond to the media (e.g. television, radio or newspaper reporters) in a timely and professional manner only through the Owner or Manager’s designated spokesperson.
Any and all communications with the media concerning any aspect of a client shall also only occur through the Owner or designated spokesperson. An employee who is contacted by any media representative concerning a client or clients must refer the media representative to the Owner who will arrange for a Company representative to respond as appropriate. This policy is required by HIPAA.
