How To Use This Handbook – It Is Not A Contract For Employment

All of the policies currently contained or referred to in this Handbook, or which may be added or otherwise established by the Company in the future, represent the policies established by the Company for its employees in relation to the particular subject addressed by the policies.  It is the intention of the Company that its policies be used by employees as guidelines for meeting their responsibilities to the Company.  Violation of a policy can be a basis for discipline or termination of employment.  However, because these policies relate to the establishment and maintenance of high standards of performance, under no circumstances shall any policy be interpreted or construed as establishing a minimum standard, or any evidence of a minimum standard, of the safety, due care, or any other obligation which may be owed by the Company or its employees, to another person.

Each employee receives a copy of this Handbook for reference during his or her employment with the Company in either a paper copy or electronic version, or both.  Whenever the Company issues a new stand-alone written policy or a replacement policy for this Handbook, employees should save or insert the new policy properly in their copy of the Handbook.

The policies in this Handbook do not represent an employment contract.  The policies in this Handbook are intended to serve as a guide for employees and to enhance Company operation. The Company reserves the right to amend, add to, change, repeal, or deviate from any or all of the policies and benefits described or referred to in this Handbook without advance notice whenever the Company, acting through its owners or their designees, believes it is necessary or desirable to do so.   Only the Company’s owners, Ryan & Hayley Murray (“Owner”), are authorized to revise, delete or otherwise change written policies, and to make the final determination in interpreting or applying policies.
