401 K Plan

ComForCare offers a 401(k) plan to eligible employees.  To be eligible for the plan, you must be employed for one year with the Company and work a minimum of 1000 hours.    Eligibility and participation terms are subject to the 401(k) plan documents. If there is a conflict with other materials provided by the Company and the plan, the 401(k) plan documents will control.
