ComForCare offers a 401(k) plan to eligible employees.  To be eligible for the plan, you must be employed for one year with the Company.  To be eligible for the company match, you must also work a minimum of 1000 hours.    Eligibility and participation terms are subject to the 401(k) plan documents. If there is a conflict with other materials provided by the Company and the plan, the 401(k) plan documents will control.
