Call Back Procedure
Due to the nature of private duty home care and home health, shifts/assignments oftentimes need to be filled as soon as possible. Due to this unique challenge, when an employee is offered a shift/assignment, the employee is expected to contact the office within two hours to accept or decline the shift/assignment. Failure to do so will be treated as a declination of work. Additionally, employees are expected to check in weekly to inquire about possible shifts.
