The Company offers health insurance to qualifying individuals. See the handout to learn more about the qualifying requirements and options available to you. Eligibility and participation terms are subject to the health insurance plan documents. If there is a conflict with other materials provided by the Company and the plan, the health insurance plan documents will control.
