Client / Employee Concerns

The Company’s clients are encouraged to express concerns and complaints freely, without risk of compromising care or services.  Employees who work directly with clients in the home setting are also encouraged to call management staff regarding concerns voiced by clients.  All clients and employees have been provided with the agency 24-hour phone number to reach the Company’s management staff.  Clients are also provided with a Concern Form to mail in a report of concerns.  Employees should complete an incident form relevant to any incidents.
