CC.4 - Changes in Client Status
Changes in Client Status
Any change in client condition - physical, emotional, cognitive or environmental - must be reported to the Supervisor as soon as the observation is made. During business hours, the employee should call the office and ask to speak to a Supervisor or Manager. After business hours, on weekends, and during holidays, the employee will again call the number for the Company office and report the change in condition to the On-Call designee.
